Niagara exciters for vibrating screens provide increased service life and less maintenance to operators, according to Haver & Boecker Niagara.

The company’s exciters are offered in four models, each of which is adjustable to provide eight weight configurations, delivering the largest static moment range on the market, the company says. Niagara exciters come standard on all Haver & Boecker Niagara exciter-driven XL-Class and L-Class vibrating screens, and they’re available as aftermarket parts for any brand of exciter-driven machine.

Exciter-driven vibrating screens are ideal for high-tonnage applications and heavy-duty environments, Haver & Boecker Niagara adds – including dewatering or SAG mill screening.

“We understand that many of our customers are operating under high-production demands, so offering efficient equipment to support those requirements, coupled with unrivaled service, is a priority for us,” says Jorge Elorza, Haver & Boecker Niagara sales engineer. “By manufacturing and refurbishing our own exciters, we are able to control every aspect and guarantee only the highest-quality product, ensuring maximum efficiency for the producer.”

The design of the exciters and large number of weight configurations contribute to improved screening performance, the company says, including the largest number of static moment options on the market for minimal maintenance, long service life and the ability to handle high capacities.

According to Haver & Boecker Niagara, the average lifespan of a Niagara exciter is 15,000 hours – with some XL-Class exciter-driven vibrating screens currently operating at more than 40,000 hours.
