1. TKJ Series Vibrating Feeder
General Introduction
TKJ Series three shaft flat screen is proven as a machine that has a unique feature, optimal structure and high ratio of reduction to daily operation.
The screen is oval motion screen, applicable for mining, quarry, and other screening processes. The screen combines both advantages of horizontal screen and inclined screen, and adjustable settings can suit various conditions. These features are able to satisfy the maximum performance both for stationary or mobile unit in different conditions.
Oval vibrating screen is a kind of screen whose threeshaft eccentric activator provides vibrating source; rubber springs provide elastic support; and screen box if for vibrating motion. See Figure 1. These are three impulse wheels with same weights and eccentric radius on the gears that are placed on the three shafts. The main shaft is driven by motor through Vbelt, and with same speed ratio the gears in turn driver the three shafts as to force the screen box to move as oval motion. As a result, Material is screened on the screen decks.

2. YPJ Series Vibrating Screen
General Introduction
YPJ series of four bearings circular vibrating screens are newly developed by our company with imported British technology. It has the feature of simple construction and smooth starting and stoppage. The motion created is of constant amplitude and is not affected by the amount of material on the screen.

Working Principle
Vibrating screen is single-axis circular movement inertial vibrating screen, the working of circular vibrating screen depends on inertial motor and inertial strength produced by eccentric plate, because of the vibration of screen box, the materials are threw out, so that materials of certain size go through the screen mesh, and the screening aim is realized. Since the magnetic exciter is installed on the gravity center of screen box, the two long elliptical axis form a shape like a Chinese character, and the upper of long elliptical axis in inlet end is in the same direction with the outlet, which favors the spread of materials which is in the screen box. However, the upper of long elliptical axis in outlet end is opposite to the direction of the outlet, which can reduce the movement speed of materials, and help the difficultscreened materials go through the screen mesh. What's more, the effective area of screen is increased because of the elliptical screen surface; As a result, the processing capacity is promoted.
