Introduction of TKJ Series Flat Screen Vibrating Screen
TKJ series three-shaft flat screen is proven as a machine that has a unique feature, optimal structure and high ratio of reduction to daily operation. The screen is oval motion screen, applicable for mining, quarry and other screening processes. The screen combines both advantages of horizontal screen and inclined screen, and adjustable settings can suit various conditions. These features are able to satisfy the maximum performance both for stationary and mobile unit in different conditions.
Oval vibrating screen is a kind of screen whose three-shaft eccentric activator provides vibrating force, rubber springs provide elastic support, and screen box is for vibrating motion. There are three impulse wheels with the same weight and eccentric radius on the gears that are placed on the three shafts. The main shaft is driven by motor through V-belt, and with the same speed ratio gears in turn drive the three shafts as to force the screen box to move as oval motion. As a result, material is screened on the screen decks.
