The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kandi Burruss takes to Twitter to respond to questions from fans about her friendship with Marlo Hampton.

Singer, songwriter and The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kandi Burruss took to Twitter to respond to fans that have spoken up about her relationship with Marlo Hampton. Kandi joined the cast of RHOA season 2 and was loved by many for her unproblematic personality. Naturally, the star found herself having issues with many of her cast members, but usually, these issues began once Kandi felt she was being provoked. The Grammy winner also found herself having problems whenever she felt her family or business was being attacked by a cast member.

Throughout the series, Kandi and now-housewife Marlo Hampton have been able to maintain a cordial friendship, but in recent years, the two have gotten closer. Before RHOA season 14 began airing, Kandi mentioned that she and Marlo had a bad moment during the season but were able to reconcile the relationship. Once the show started airing, Kandi and the world became privy to harsh things Marlo said behind her back, which put a strain on their friendship. Just a few weeks ago, the two went back and forth on Twitter and threw a few shady comments at each other.

A new episode of RHOA recently aired on Bravo, and in the episode, Marlo confided in Kandi about the difficulties she was having with raising her nephews. Of course, Kandi showed support for Marlo at this moment, but this was because she did not know Marlo had previously assassinated her character in a private conversation with Sheree Whitfield. Fans noticed Marlo's hypocrisy and raised questions about it on Twitter. Twitter user @hgrepk asked, "How do you DOG her but go confide in her? That just shows how adult and real @kandi is." Kandi responded to the question by saying, "It’s so weird...Mind you, I didn’t know that she dogged me out the way she did when we had this conversation. Obviously seeing this all play out on tv makes it hit a little different ." While responding to fans on Twitter, Kandi also mentioned that she was upset once she saw the way Sheree and Marlo spoke about her in a private setting and then accuse her of not being a good friend when they all got together.

Reality star Kandi also responded to tweets about the criticism she received from her castmates for asking them to wear vibrating underwear from her sex toy line when they traveled to New York to see one of her plays on Broadway. Fans made it a note to point this out because, in the show's most recent episode, the ladies told Sheree to stand over incense to cleanse her private parts after her break-up with Tyrone Gilliams, whom Sheree was dating while he was incarcerated. Regarding that, Twitter user @diaryblkmom2 said, "I’m still waiting for the outrage over this event because y’all was giving @Kandi hell over vibrating panties." To this, Kandi said, "EXACTLY!!!!!!!! Are these the same women? Now they’re about to smoke a whole C****** with the incense but the vibrating panties had them outraged. I can’t!"

Episodes of The Real Housewives of Atlanta are still airing, and so much has happened between the women thus far. As discussed, Kandi and Marlo's friendship has been fractured, and now, it seems that this can also be said for Marlo's friendship with Kenya Moore. Fans of the show believe that Marlo is causing additional drama in an effort to keep the peach she was just given. While some think that she needs to do everything to ensure she keeps the position, many believe that Marlo will soon end up in an isolated position if she continues to hurt her friendships for the sake of the show.
