The vibrator installed on the sideboard of screen box forces screen box to vibrate by the driving of motor. The sideboard of vibrating screen is made of high quality steel plate. Connect sideboards, beams, and the exciter base by high strength bolts or ring groove rivet. Vibrating screen adopts seat installation, and screen angle can be adjusted by changing the height of spring support.
Features
The circular vibrating screen adopts the vibration exciter with barrel type of eccentric shaft and block to adjust the swing. The vibration exciter is installed on the lateral plate of the sieving box. The motor makes the exciter swing round speedily through tire coupling. The continuous forced circular motions of sieving box were achieved through the powerful centrifugal force. Materials in the sieve case can be separated and screened from the sieve pore in this process.

Q: Terms of Payment:
A:30% of the total amount by TT as deposit, the balance to be paid by TT or L/C at sight before the machines leaving seller' factory.
100% irrevocable L/C at sight.
Q:Time for preparation of goods:
A:The above machines shall be ready for delivery during 45 days from the date of receiving the deposit/LC, excluding the time of waiting for shipment. If there is any delay of delivery caused by seller, 3‰ of the total amount shall be paid to buyer each day, but this amount shall not exceed the amount of deposit; if the delay is caused by buyer, 3‰ of the total amount shall be paid to seller each day, but this amount shall not exceed 10% of total value of machines.
Q:Guarantee period:
A:The guarantee period for the above machines is twelve months from the date of putting into use, but not exceeds twenty-four months after the machines leaving seller's factory. It is not applicable for quick wear parts.
